Its position makes it possible to achieve in a short time the main tourist resorts in Tuscany and just 500 metres from the main square of Greve in Chianti.

The villa, equipped of Internet wifi , has a large lawn of 400 sq metres equipped with a panoramic terrace, a beautiful pool and a large parking lot. On the ground floor there is a porch of 12 sq metres, lounge with satellite TV system, the dining room, kitchen equipped with all accessories, a storeroom with laundry. On the first floor there are 3 rooms of which 2 with access to the loggia, one of 10m ² and another of 20 square metres and 2 bathrooms with shower.
